Acqua Alpes is an Austrian niche perfume brand — founded out of a passion for alpine clarity, timeless elegance, and artisanal care. Our fragrances stand for more than fine scent: they tell stories of altitude, stillness, and crystal-clear water.

What began as a personal project is now a growing brand with several boutiques across Austria. Our next step: a new boutique on Bahnhofstraße in Zell am See — at the heart of one of the country’s most international tourism regions.

Your role

You will be part of our new team in Zell am See, welcoming guests from around the world with warmth, style, and genuine interest. You will advise our customers on perfumes, home fragrances, and body care products, ensuring that every visit to Acqua Alpes remains a memorable experience.

In Zell am See especially, international guests, an alpine atmosphere, and personal consultation come together. Your instinct for people, your joy in selling, and your enthusiasm for high-quality products will make all the difference.

Your responsibilities

• Personal, expert fragrance consultation for our international clientele — in German and English
• Active sales of our perfumes, Home fragrances, and body care products
• A warm welcome for our customers and guidance through the assortment
• Product presentation and meticulous care of the sales floor
• Inventory control, goods receipt, and cashier duties
• Support with special customer activations, events, and fragrance workshops
• Occasional contributions or behind-the-scenes insights for our social media channels directly from the boutique

What you bring

• Very good to good English skills — our clientele in Zell am See is international, and English is part of daily business
• Experience in premium retail, hospitality, or direct customer contact with discerning guests
• A joy in personal consultation and active sales
• A passion for exclusive products, fragrances, and the stories behind them
• A friendly, confident personality with a genuine feel for people
• An independent, reliable working style and willingness to work on Saturdays
• Additional languages, such as Italian, are a clear advantage
• Confident handling of digital tools and POS systems

Our boutique in Hofgasse in Innsbruck has been established for years and has built a loyal international clientele. You will become part of a well-coordinated, passionate team — while bringing your own distinctive touch.

• Warm, knowledgeable advice for our customers on our fragrances and products
• Active sales and personal customer care — in German, English, and ideally Italian
• Merchandising and care of our sales floor
• Cash register duties and receiving goods as part of the team
• Support with special customer events and fragrance workshops

What you bring

• You enjoy working with people — friendliness and openness are among your strengths
• Very good to good English skills; Italian is a major plus and welcomed daily in our boutique
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service — career changers with enthusiasm are very welcome
• A passion for high-quality products and the stories they tell
• Reliability, punctuality, and enjoyment of working as part of a team
• Willingness to work on Saturdays
